A typical Reiki Healing session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. At your first appointment, you’ll meet with Christal. She will escort you to her healng room from the main waiting area. She will guide you into a short introduction or chat about the process and your expectations or intentions. Feel free to bring up any symptoms you want addressed or if there are places in the body on which you’d like to focus on. This can be places of injuries or places that are sensitive to touch.
You’ll be instructed to lie down face up on a treatment table or mat. Fully clothe you will be covered with a light blanket. Usually soft, relaxing music is played in the background. For the most part there will not be any talking during the session, but you can feel free to share what you’re experiencing. Christal will move her hands around your body. She does not practice touch therapy. She will have their hands just above your body.
You may experience sensations in your body such as heat or tingling. Some clients have reported seeing visualizations such as colors or pictures, or having memories appear. Try to allow whatever arises to pass without attaching too much meaning to it. Your experiences may become deeper the more you continue with reiki.
During the session, clients are encouraged to relax and inform me if anything makes them uncomfortable, either physically or psychologically. Please feel free to speak with me regarding feedback during the session. I often will speak with you before or after, usually not during as I want you to relax fully during the session. If something feels uncomfortable during the session however, please speak up immediately; I want to know as soon as possible.

Most people feel very relaxed as Energy Healing sessions allow for the release of physical, emotional and spiritual pain or blockages. This allows the individual to begin making the necessary changes, and shifts in awareness towards a more positive life experience. We find that energy medicine has a cumulative effect and so when you treat yourself to regular sessions, better health and well-being are natural outcomes. At the end, you can check in about anything that may have came up for during the session.

At The Well Being Co., the timing for scheduling another healing session is unique to each individual's journey. We suggest booking your next session once you feel the effects of the previous one have been fully processed, which can range from a few days to a week, depending on the session's intensity and your healing needs. Regular follow-up sessions are also recommended to maintain ongoing wellness and growth. The ideal frequency for these sessions will be discussed during your initial consultation with Christal. Absolutely, children can benefit from Reiki Healing. Reiki is a safe and gentle form of energy healing suitable for all ages, including infants, toddlers, and children. It can help children relax, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance focus and concentration, and boost their immune system. Additionally, Reiki can assist children with behavioral issues, such as ADHD, by helping them feel more centered and calm. At The Well Being Co., we offer Reiki Healing sessions for both children and adults. Christal is experienced and trained to work with children, providing a safe and nurturing environment. No prior training needed. Anyone can learn reiki. I have personally created each manual needed for my course.They are free for students but can be purchased in my online boutique. I have been practicing Reiki since 2019 and teaching Reiki since 2020. I am a Registered Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher (RMT) with the International Association of Reiki Professionals. I have successfully trained 10 students and counting. Not all but 8 have become master teachers. The other 2 have not further their practice to a master degree level but are actively practicing reiki on their own clients. Students receive manuals a few days before class starts or during class. During the lecture they learn the foundation, fundamentals of reiki. Prior to graduation under my supervision students will demonstrate to actual people how to perform reiki healing sessions and how to attune others.

After bringing your crystals home, you can cleanse them by running them under cool tap water and allowing them to air dry. It's important to refresh and recharge your crystals regularly, a process known as "cleaning." Always clean your crystals before wearing or using them, as they may have absorbed surrounding energies. Once cleansed, they can better connect with your body's energy. There are various methods to clean your crystals, such as placing them in moonlight or sunlight. Here are some commonly used crystals and their associations: - Purple - Amethyst (crown) - Clear - Clear Quartz (third eye) - Blue - Topaz (communication) - Green - Fluorite (compassion) - Pink - Rose Quartz (love) - Yellow - Citrine (confidence & creativity) - Red - Red Jasper (root, grounding) Feel free to experiment with different cleaning methods and see how your crystals respond.

Cleanse your crystals: Before using your crystals, it is essential to cleanse them to remove any negative energy. You can do this by placing them in the sun or moonlight, smudging them with sage, or using sound therapy.
Place crystals on or near the body: During a Reiki session, place crystals on or near the body to help facilitate healing energy. You can place them on the chakras, in the hands, or around the body.
Use crystals in Reiki grids: A Reiki grid is a layout of crystals that are placed in a specific pattern to amplify the healing energy. You can create grids for specific intentions, such as abundance, love, or healing.
Use crystals during self-Reiki: You can use crystals during self-Reiki to enhance the healing experience. Place them on the chakras or hold them in your hand while performing self-healing.
Charge water with crystals: You can charge water with crystals to create a powerful healing elixir. Place a crystal in a glass of water and let it sit in the sun or moonlight for a few hours before drinking.
Carry crystals with you: Carrying crystals with you can help to keep you grounded and promote healing energy throughout the day. You can carry them in your pocket or wear them as jewelry.
Set intentions with crystals: Before using your crystals, set intentions for what you want to achieve. This will help to amplify the healing energy and manifest your desires.
Trust your intuition: Trust your intuition when working with crystals. Your intuition will guide you to the right crystals and techniques that will help you achieve your goals.

• Sacral Chakra (Lower Abdomen): To nurture creativity and emotions, dance, drink plenty of water, enjoy creative activities, or use the affirmation: “I embrace joy and flow.”
